Our instructor will visit you and utilise all available space to create a dynamic and specific personal training experience for you.

This constructive option to fitness and lifestyle sessions suits you if the gymnasium environment seems overpowering or simply a way to concentrate all of your effort on your own exercise technique.

Home training has the option of training in pairs / couples to enhance your training session with shared experiences.
