The past eight years have seen him working with many people requiring high performance capabilities, ensuring their bodies are ready to adapt to diverse and challenging environments and conditions, utilising Sports Therapy treatment and advance Fitness Training. Now personal training in Leicester, Stefan has brought his unique functional style to exercise, sports therapy and Injury Rehabilitation back to where he started, drawing from 10 years experience.

His vast knowledge of how the human body functions has given him the ability to create movements which are stronger and more efficient using fundamental techniques to total body locomotion. Stefan understands how the demands placed upon the human body in today's busy life can affect the way we carry ourselves, leading to fatigue and possible injury when they may well be avoided by adopting techniques to create more efficient movement patterns. His passion for exercise creates a constant willingness to deliver the most up to date instruction.
